I would describe the energy gains from 1Db Goddess as just right.  You feel VERY energetic, but not in a “I just slammed 10 Starbucks and want to pull my hair out” kind of way. With 1-Db Goddess I was alert, I was focused, I felt like I could do anything, but at no time did I feel jittery or nervous or get the dreaded “crash”. Getting the energy portion of a fat burner correct is very important to your success because as you cut out calories from your diet you need to make up that energy from somewhere or you will feel worn out constantly. They really nailed the energy category with 1Db Goddess and 1Db Overdrive, the energy is strong and very long lasting! This was the hands down winner for our clients as well.

Fat Loss:

Excellent. We started recommending 1 DB Goddess to all of our female clients and 1 DB Overdrive for all of our male clients. Why? Because 1Db Goddess and 1Db Overdrive gets them fat loss and weight loss results. Anytime someone can see noticeable results in the mirror in 7-14 days, it becomes hard for them to say it’s not working. If 1 Db Goddess and 1 Db Overdrive don’t work for you I would be very shocked. In fact, if you can’t lose weight with 1-Db Goddess or 1-Db Overdrive, you can’t lose weight with anything and you’re doing something wrong in your diet or exercise. Just save your money and buy bigger clothes!

Price:

For me, this is the only category that I think holds this product back from being a grand slam.  Let me say this though, 1 Db Goddess and 1 Db Overdrive use not only the right ingredients but more importantly they use high enough amounts of those ingredients to actually be effective and to accelerate weight loss and fat loss – which is what we’re looking for. Would we like to see the price of 1 Db Goddess and 1 Db Overdrive come down a little bit? Sure, but not at the expense of diluting the formula to make it cheaper.  Make no mistake about it, 1Db Goddess and 1Db Overdrive are “the” benchmark that all other fat burners are judged against – at any price.  The other thing to consider with 1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive is that if something really works, it’s worth paying for.

All I can really say is you better set an alarm to remind yourself to eat, otherwise you may forget all together!  The appetite suppressing effects of 1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive are incredible.  The first time I tried 1Db Overdrive; I took one serving in the morning according to the label. Next thing I knew it was 6pm and I realized I had not eaten all day. Normally your body will start to get tired when you are hungry – which reminds you to bring in some energy by eating. But because I wasn’t hungry and I had more energy than normal, I just forgot? So seriously, set an alarm to remind you.  1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive will shut your appetite down.  1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive were the strongest appetite suppressant of any of the fat burners we reviewed.

Mood Enhancement:

Both 1 Db Goddess and 1 Db Overdrive are the only fat burners that really address the mood enhancement issue, and this is very important. Simply put, dieting puts extra stress on your body – that’s why it’s so hard to stay committed to a diet and/or lose weight. Junk food, fast food, and comfort food makes our body feel happy and when we deprive our body of these foods for an extended period of time we can feel irritable and almost sort of depressed. By counter-acting these feelings with the vitamins and herbs in 1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive it really takes the pain and suffering out of losing weight. We are so glad to see companies starting to address this issue – It is very important and both 1Db Goddess and 1Db Overdrive have excellent mood enhancement formulas.

They are a fairly new brand with somewhat regional distribution throughout the Midwest…but don’t let the fact that you haven’t heard of them yet stop you from trying their products. The fact that there is a 110% money-back guarantee on 1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive makes them absolutely risk-free for you to try for yourself. Just to be sure, we bought a bottle of 1-Db Overdrive from 1^st Phorm.com, opened it and then contacted them about returning it. They took it back no questions asked and refunded us 110% of our money just like they claimed…we thought that we pretty cool. Bottom Line:

We highly recommend 1-Db Goddess and 1-Db Overdrive – they are the best of the best. Be prepared, you are going to pay a little more, but you wont get better results from any other product. Energy:

Like many of the fat burners on our list Rx6 is going to give you great long, lasting energy. The energy blend in Rx6 is really it’s strength. It contains the right ingredients, in the right amounts. We have no doubt that you will love the energy you get from Rx6; I know we sure did.

Fat Loss:

You will lose some fat with Rx6. In addition to a having a strong energy blend, Rx6 also has some key ingredients that work very well burning off stored body fat. One of our clients suggested that Rx6 tone down the stimulants and load up on more fat burning ingredients … and we agree.

Price:

In terms of $$$, Rx6 does not cost too much, it’s right in line with the average bottle price, but, you only get 45 capsules per bottle. They claim you only need on capsule, but we found that to equal some of our other products two were needed. Compare that to the others on our top 10 list who contain anywhere from 90-120 capsules per bottle. This means that Rx6 is really twice as expensive as some the other products on our list.

Appetite Control:

Rx6 is very effective at controlling your appetite. I think this has more to do with the energy blend than it does anything else, but regardless it is effective and you will not be hungry.

Mood Enhancement

Limited to how good you feel from all the energy. You will feel good, but we doubt it’ll put an all-day smile on your face.

Bottom Line:

Rx6 is a solid product. We would like to see the amount of pills per bottle at least doubled for Rx6. As it is right now though, Rx6 is a bit pricey for what you get and there are fat burners on our list that are better at burning fat and controlling appetite.

Energy:

You can expect lots of good energy with OxyElite Pro, everyone who has taken this product will tell you that. OxyElite Pro—like 1 DB Goddess, 1 DB Overdrive, Redline Ultra Hardcore, Endoburn NT and Rx6— delivers its energy through a blend of stimulants and doesn’t limit itself to just caffeine. There is a definite drop off or “crash” associated with OxyElite, the energy is not as sustained or as smooth as some of the other products ranked ahead of it.

Fat Loss:

No ingredients that will melt fat on their own, but the stimulant blend in OxyElite Pro will give you more energy and get your blood pumping which raises your metabolism and your body’s ability to burn fat. Expect to see some incremental fat loss as a result of taking OxyElite Pro just from the extra energy you will expend being active. As we all know, being active is a major component of fat loss and OxyElite definitely makes getting off the couch that much easier…but as far as directly burning fat…we’re not sold on it.

Price:

The price of OxyElite Pro is actually pretty inexpensive. You can expect to pay around $35-$45 for a bottle of Oxy Elite Pro. That’s a good price for this product but you are really just getting an excellent energy pill. OxyElite Pro is very popular and people love it, but we feel that people using OxyElite Pro need to be realistic about how much weight they expect to lose with this product.

Appetite Control:

Because OxyElite Pro uses other stimulants besides just caffeine, you won’t be too hungry while taking this product. But, OxyElite Pro is lacking on ingredients whose sole purpose is controlling your appetite. This is one area where OxyElite could definitely be improved upon.

Mood Enhancement:

OxyElite Pro is more of a stimulant than anything else. Usually if you have tons of energy, you’ll feel pretty good, but this product lacks any mood enhancement blends. Watch out about 3-4 hours after taking a dose of OxyElite…the crash can make some people pretty irritable. The ups and downs of OxyElite are definitely edgy, what I mean is that it’s just not as smooth as the products ranked ahead of it.

Bottom Line:

Oxy Elite Pro is one of the more popular fat burners on the market and, as with the entire top ten products ranked here, better than 99% of the crap you will see marketed online. But you should be aware that this product works mainly by raising your metabolism through increased energy and activity level. Oxy Elite Pro is actually meant to be “stacked” with one of their other products called Recreate. Oxy Elite Pro is really not meant to be a stand-alone fat burner.

Lipo-6 Black is made by Nutrex, the same company that makes another product ranked in the top ten … Lipo-6X. Which begs the question, “Why make two different fat burners if one is clearly better than the other?” How about making one awesome fat burner! Never-the-less, Lipo-6 Black is a step up from plain old Lipo 6x in terms of energy. It definitely gives you a steady, lasting boost on energy.

Fat Loss:

Although not the top fat burner we recommend, Lipo 6 Black is still very good. We had better success with Lipo-6 Black than we did with Lipo-6x. Lipo6 Black comes in a black bottle with lots of warnings all over it and looks pretty edgy, but this seems to be more of a marketing trick than anything else.

Price:

Lipo-6 Black is priced middle of the road, not too high not too low. We found this middle of the road price to be consistent with its middle of the road ranking.

Appetite Control:

Lipo-6 Black does a decent job curbing your appetite. Lipo-6 Black still leaves much to be desired compared to some of our other top fat burners listed above, but Lipo-6 Black is MUCH BETTER than the vast majority of products being sold on the internet.

Bottom Line:

Besides some very aggressive packaging, Lipo 6 Black really doesn’t do a whole lot to stand out and kind of fits in right in the middle of the pack. Energy:

Like many fat burners, Jet Fuel relies on caffeine to do much of its heavy lifting. What we like about this product in particular though, is that it contains caffeine from more than one source. That is, it does just use pure caffeine, but also caffeine from different herbs and extracts. You will feel a noticeable difference compared to other products that lean heavily on caffeine alone, but not quite as good as products that use other stimulants such as 1 DB Goddess, 1 DB Overdrive, OxyElite Pro, Rx6, Endoburn and Lipo 6 Black.

Fat Loss:

Nice Fat loss formula with this product. The amounts of some of the fat loss ingredients are not quite as high as the very best products on our list, but compared to the majority of fat burners on the market Jet Fuel does a decent job of getting the right stuff in their product.

Price:

The price of Jet Fuel is very reasonable. You are really getting a good product for your money with Jet Fuel.

Appetite Control:

Jet fuel does a surprisingly good job at controlling appetite. We were quite impressed, and when we tested it on some of our clients they too reported a noticeably decreased appetite – which is what we look for.

Mood Enhancement

Unfortunately Jet fuel does not offer a guarantee or we would like this product a lot more. When we tell our clients that there is a product with a money-back guarantee and then another that offers no guarantee, the choice is pretty simple for them.

Bottom Line:

This is another product that just looks strange. Jet Fuel comes in a clear capsule with a brownish liquid inside that looks a lot like mud. If you can get past how the product looks though Jet fuel is a good quality product and we would not have a problem with one of our clients using this product.

Energy:

Lipo-6x is going to give you above average energy, not nearly as good as some of the others on our list, but better than much of the others out there. Lipo-6X is one of the more popular fat burners on the market. From personal use of the product a few times, I can tell you that the energy boost is decent from the Lipo 6X, but compared to others, including Lipo 6 Black, it’s pretty mild and there is a crash effect.

Fat Loss:

Lipo-6X, like Redline Ultra Hardcore, uses an advanced capsule that is a mix between liquid and what appears to be small pellets or balls. Several of the staff members here at fatburnerreviewsite.com have had positive results using Lipo-6X. This product also has a good success rate with our clients as well. However, as with any product with liquid caps the capsules have a tendency to burst in the bottom of the bottle and there are always a few caps at the bottom that have leaked out all their goo.

Price:

Lipo-6X is priced in the middle of the pack. It’s not too high, not too low. It’s a good product for the money. Lipo-6X is a good value.

Appetite Control:

Even though Lipo-6X is not the best in this category, appetite control is the strength of this product. Even though it’s not superior, it’s still very good at suppressing your appetite – which is a real testament to the products that do rank high in this category.

What I find is that as people get more and more familiar with fat burners and try some of the top-tier products they rarely go back to taking products like Lipo-6X, even Lipo 6 Black is FAR superior to Lipo 6x. Energy is very good on Redline Ultra Hardcore, though it does tend to give a jitter effect. The major stimulant seems to be a high dose of caffeine in Redline Ultra Hardcore, so your caffeine tolerance may limit the energy boost you will feel from the product.  Your mileage may vary. All in all, this product will have you buzzing around with a lot of energy for the first few hours, but falls off after that.

Fat Loss:

Users of Redline Ultra Hardcore can certainly expect to see some weight loss. Redline Ultra Hardcore uses a next generation liquid based capsule that delivers its formula to your body quickly. Most people will be very happy with this Redline Ultra Hardcore. We feel very comfortable with Redline Ultra Hardcore ranked second. It’s definitely a VERY good product in terms of burning fat!

Price:

The price of Redline Ultra Hardcore is slightly higher than some of the others, but it’s not the most expensive product listed in our Top 10. You can expect to pay around $50 for Redline Ultra Hardcore, which is a good value for what you are getting with this product.

Appetite Control:

Redline Ultra Hardcore will give you some good appetite control, but nothing that will blow you away. There also appear to have been some university based studies with this product that show Redline Ultra Hardcore does in fact work well, but we have had mixed results with our own clients when recommending this Redline Ultra Hardcore. Some people really loved it for appetite control and others said they actually felt hungrier.

Mood enhancement was OK. It doesn’t make you feel bad, but it doesn’t make you feel better than normal either. You really just feel good on Redline Ultra Hardcore because you have lots of energy. Your laundry will definitely be getting done with Redline Ultra Hardcore!

VPX, the company who makes Redline Ultra Hardcore, does not offer a money back guarantee that we could find. They basically say that if the product doesn’t work for you, you’re probably doing something wrong and they can’t be responsible for that. Bottom Line:

There is a large drop off from our #1 ranking of 1Db Goddess and 1Db Overdrive to our #2 ranking for Redline Ultra Hardcore. However, you can consider redline Ultra Hardcore to be among the best of the second tier products — A best of the rest if you will. Personally, my biggest complaint with Redline Ultra Hardcore is the capsule. Imagine a clear capsule with a liquid inside that has little Black and Blue Balls floating inside the capsule and a black line running down the middle of the capsule; They look a little sci-fi if you will and just screams “Im not sure if I should take this”.

Energy:

Xenadrine RZR-X uses caffeine to deliver its’ energy boost. Caffeine is the standard, and most fat burners use caffeine. A few years ago when Xenadrine contained an ingredient called ephedra it was extremely popular and extremely effective. Since that time though, Xenadrine RZR-X has struggled to come up with a formula that gives you that great feeling like you have an extra spring in your step and a great fat loss result.

Fat Loss:

The fat loss ingredients in Xenadrine RZR-X are limited in the metabolism boosting effects from the caffeine and trace amounts of other proven herbs. Its not great, but still much better than the no-name garbage that is hawked online.

Price:

The price is average in terms of money but it seems more expensive to us since there isn’t a whole lot in Xenadrine RZR-X product that will help you lose weight. You don’t get much for your money with Xenadrine RZR-X. It is our opinion that they are just selling fat burners based on what their product “used to be” and hoping that people don’t notice, but we noticed and think your money can be better spent on better products.

Appetite Control:

Xenadrine RZR-X is a stimulant-based product that has some good appetite suppressing ingredients, just not high enough amounts per serving to have a significant impact on appetite in our opinion. There are definitely way worse products out there on the internet, but if you’re looking for a product that knocks your appetite down, you won’t be overly excited with Xenadrine RZR-X.

Mood Enhancement

There are no ingredients in Xenadrine RZR-X to enhance your mood, nor did we see anywhere where the company even acknowledges the importance of such.

Guarantee/Customer Service:

There is no money back guarantee, which tells us they don’t have much faith in their product. We have only had a few clients have success with this product, since they came out with this new formula.

Bottom Line:

Xenadrine RZR-X is a popular product, but we think it’s just OK. Xenadrine RZR-X would be better if they increased the amounts of ingredients you get with each serving. Xenadrine has got good stuff in it, just not enough to really do as much as what we’d like. Plus, they recommend you take 9 capsules a day! That’s a little ridiculous in our book.

Energy:

Hydroxycut Hardcore X is another example of a product that has really made a name for itself.  Before the FDA banned products containing ephedra, Hydroxycut was the go-to product for fat loss. The main energy ingredient in Hydroxycut Hardcore X is caffeine, which is why the label says you need to take six per day. I think you’d have adequate energy if you drank six cups of coffee from Starbucks per day too. That’s an awful lot of pills in my estimation.

Fat Loss:

If you read Hydroxycut Hardcore X’s label they go on and on about the studies that prove the product works, but personally we have had no success to date with any of our clients losing weight with Hydroxycut Hardcore X. Part of the reason is that many of the “proven ingredients” may not be included in high enough doses to mimic what the studies have shown to be an effective dose.

Price:

You can usually get Hydroxycut Hardcore X for $40 – $50. Simply put, this is too much money. There are better products out there, especially considering you don’t even get a good energy boost from this product, let alone any help burning fat.  There are also many products and formulations under the Hydroxycut name, so don’t think that the version of Hydroxycut at your local drugstore or supermarket is the same as Hydroxycut Hardcore X.

Appetite Control:

If you have never taken a fat burner before you will notice that you don’t feel as hungry as you normally would. But if you have ever taken a product that has real appetite suppressing ingredients in its formula, there is a noticeable difference. For some reason, I try Hydroxycut Hardcore X once a year or so just to see if I am missing something. Because this product is always so popular in magazines and heavily advertised on TV its easy to get caught up in the hype.  I have never been overly impressed with Hydroxycut Hardcore X and it is almost like Hydroxycut is living in the past with thereputation they built when they had ephedra.  IN my opinion there are much better products out there than Hydroxycut Hardcore X.

Hydroxycut Hardcore X makes no claims to help elevate your mood, and nor should they because it does not.

Bottom Line:

Hydroxycut Hardcore X is the most popular fat burner bar-none. It is also one of the most over-hyped, heavily market products on earth. The people at Muscle Tech are marketing EXPERTS, but it seems that’s all they are experts at. It is still an OK product though, it is still better than 98% of the fat burners you’ll find sold on the internet if that tells you anything.

Energy:

Endoburn NT has many of the same ingredients as the top fat burners listed above. You’ll get great balanced energy from this product that will last most of the day. Endoburn NT Definitley will keep you going without a huge crash. We like Endoburn NT a lot.

Fat Loss:

Endoburn NT is great formula that contains ingredients that help break down fatty acids stored in your body. A few of our clients are currently having pretty good success using Endoburn NT. We would expect you to have above average results with Endoburn NT and it is definitely towards the top of the second-tier products.

Price:

The price of Endoburn NT is good and definitely affordable. Depending on where you Endoburn NT from, you can expect to pay in the neighborhood of $45-55, which is very reasonable for what you are getting in return.

Appetite Control:

Because Endoburn NT uses stimulants other than just caffeine, it does a good job at keeping your hunger level low. In addition to stimulants, Endoburn NT also contains a nice blend of herbs that have proven their usefulness in suppressing your appetite. We doubt you’ll be too hungry if you are taking Endoburn NT.

Mood Enhancement

Endoburn provides above average mood enhancement.  It doesn’t provide as much of a lift as some of the other products ranked like 1-Db Overdrive, 1-Db Goddess listed above, but Endoburn NT does a better job than most others in this category.

Guarantee/Customer Service:

There is no money back guarantee stated on BSN’s website that we could find. However, the company that makes Endoburn NT, BSN, is a very reputable company that makes a lot of great products. I would imagine that if you had any problems or complaints they would be more than happy to help you.

Bottom Line:

This is a very good product product, made by a great, well known company. The difference between Redline Ultra Hardcore and Endoburn NT is very small…either one could have been ranked ahead of the other depending on who was ranking them. Endoburn NT is not quite as popular as some of the other fat burners on our list, but we think you would be very happy with this product. If Endoburn NT did a little more to address the fat loss and appetite control categories, we would rank this product higher on our list.
